Just Between Friends Franchise System, Inc. Announces Two Key Promotions Erin Patrick Named Director of Operations and Angela Lewallen Named Franchise Administrator Just Between Friends Preparing for More Growth in 2017
Tulsa, Okla. – Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce it has promoted two key employees to new positions within the company. JBF CEO & Co-founder Shannon Wilburn announced the promotions this week: Erin Patrick as Director of Operations and Angela Lewallen as Franchise Administrator. Wilburn says the promotions are in response to the franchise systems continued national growth.
As Director of Operations, Patrick will coordinate, manage and monitor various departments within the organization. She will work to ensure best practices including improving processes and policies to support the company’s goals. In this position, Patrick will also supervise human resources and manage internal communications among all departments as well as with key outside vendors. She will manage and update all key manuals and documents for the franchise system and oversee franchise sales and lead development, support, project management and customer service.
As Franchise Administrator, Lewallen plays a very important role in franchise sales and retention. She will manage the entire onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring that new franchise owners are set up for success with access to management, manuals, social media and branding technology. In addition, she will manage the transfer and renewal process for the franchise systems. Lewallen will also oversee compliance for the franchise system to ensure all franchisees are in compliance with liability insurance.
