June 15, 2021
Tulsa, OK – National children’s consignment franchise, Just Between Friends (JBF), expanding headquarters team and growth initiatives.
After bouncing back from 2020, JBF is experiencing a banner year in 2021. The typical model for JBF franchises is to organize two or three large scale pop-up consignment sales a year. Many locations recently have had their best-ever spring sales, breaking previous years’ records. Along with this success, JBF is restructuring its corporate team to continue expanding.
The changes include current CEO and Co-founder, Shannon Wilburn, moving into an advisory and mentoring role. Dianne Davis has accepted the role of President. Autumn Lew will be the Vice President of Marketing. Owner of the Seattle JBF franchise, Allison Stephens, will be Vice President of Operations. Bob Petre will be Vice President of finance.
“We are confident in the team and the new direction JBF is heading. Dianne has been with our organization for decades, helping to guide our growth and business decisions. Promoting several of our internal key players to higher level leadership roles puts us in a position to experience new kinds of success,” states Wilburn.
In addition to personnel changes, Just Between Friends also will be focusing on key initiatives which include: franchisee growth, profitability, and satisfaction as well as awarding new franchises across the United States.
Davis adds, “It’s been a privilege to be a part of JBF’s growth and culture for the past twenty years. Working alongside Shannon Wilburn and the JBF Team has been gratifying and energizing. To now be a part of leading the JBF Franchisees and Team to the next level is the stuff of which dreams are made. We are positioning JBF for a time of exponential growth and profitability for our Franchisees. JBF’s future is very bright! I am thankful to be along for the ride!”
