Just Between Friends Franchise Earns Spot as a Top 50 Innovative Franchise on Franchise Business Review’s 2017 List
Independent Research Data Shows Franchisees Are Highly Satisfied with Just Between Friends’ Innovation and Creativity
Tulsa, Okla.– Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. is honored to announce that independent franchisee satisfaction research firm, Franchise Business Review, identified it as being one of just 50 franchises to make the list of its first annual ranking of the Top Innovative Franchises.
To select the companies on the list, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from approximately 30,000 franchisees representing 335 companies regarding their brands’ innovation and creativity as well as their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.
Just Between Friends franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
“When you think of innovative companies, franchises aren’t typically what immediately come to mind, but there are certainly brands out there that are pushing the envelope,” said Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. “Each of the companies on this list have developed products, processes, or services that have not only given them a competitive edge in the marketplace, but have contributed to the success and satisfaction of their franchisees.”
“This award means so much to us because it comes from our franchisee. Their satisfaction is one of our top goals as a company. We strive to find both innovative and creative ways to do business to be a “win-win” organization for our franchisees as well as our consignors and shoppers,” explained Erin Patrick, Director of Operations for Just Between Friends Franchise System, Inc.

About Just Between Friends
