Costs and fees of owning multiple JBF consignment sales events
Here are the requirements associated with owning two or three Just Between Sales events:
- Two territories: It is required that applicants have a net worth of at least $100,000.
- Three territories: It is required that applicants have a net worth of at least $75,000.
- In both cases, the liquidity from your territories will be the franchise fee.
- In both cases, it is required that owners (or one co-owner) live within at least 60 miles of the territory.
- In both cases, there is a minimum requirement of at least two annual events per territory, one from January to June and the other from July to December.
